Charter Arranged From Here in Danville

We are a small group that books private flights for executives, families, vacationers and companies with groups to move on a deadline. The person who picks up the phone is the one who lays out your choices and prices the trip.

We keep our answers short and straight. When a light jet covers the trip, we will not push you into a midsize. When weather or runway length rules an aircraft out, you hear the reason before booking. You get a single quote and the thinking behind it.

Charter Options From Turboprop to Heavy Jet

For 5 years we have been fitting travelers to the aircraft that suits the distance, the runway and the group. Turboprops handle short regional hops and small airfields, light jets cover most flights up to about three hours, and midsize, super-midsize and heavy jets bring more cabin, more baggage room and longer nonstop range. Empty leg flights are one-way repositioning trips sold around the operator's schedule. If the aircraft can't fly, mechanical insurance on every booking covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost.

    Turboprop Charter

Pressurized King Air and PC-12 turboprops for trips under about 600 miles, priced point to point with taxes and fees included.

  • White T-tail light jet with rear engines and open airstair on an asphalt ramp by a yellow taxi line; a ground handler pushes a luggage cart toward it, hills behind

    Light Jet Charter

A fast, efficient jet for four to seven passengers on trips of roughly one to three and a half hours, quoted point to point.

  • Midsize Jet Charter

Stand-up-height cabins, an enclosed lavatory and nonstop range for most US trips, priced point to point for groups of seven to nine.

  • Super-Midsize Jet Charter

Stand-up cabin, walk-in baggage and the range to fly most US routes nonstop, priced point to point with an all-inclusive quote.

  • Heavy Jet Charter

Large-cabin jets for groups of 10 to 16 and nonstop flights of 4,000 nautical miles or more, with a galley, enclosed lavatory and cabin attendant.

  • Empty Leg Flights

Ride a jet that is already flying a repositioning leg, at a lower price than a dedicated charter, if your dates and route can match.

Why Travelers Pick Up the Phone

A charter price is built from charges few brokers explain. We go through each one with you before you agree.

Five years arranging flights
We have been at this for 5 years. That time has taught us which aircraft actually fit which trips, and which quotes have a habit of growing after the booking.
No surprises after you approve
Each quote is all-inclusive. It lists fuel, crew, landing and FBO fees, federal excise tax and any crew overnight costs, so the number you approve is the number you pay, with nothing tucked away.
You pay for the legs you fly
We price point to point, which means a one-way flight never carries round trip pricing. Fly down to Nashville and drive home, and you are quoted for one leg.
Covered if the aircraft can't fly
A single failed part, such as a starter generator or pressurization valve, can ground a jet. Mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost, so the backup aircraft is not on your bill.
One flight at a time, no long term commitments
There are no prepaid hours and no annual contracts. When you have a trip, call and book that one flight.

How a Charter Booking Runs

Most trips take one phone call to quote and one more to confirm. Here is the sequence.

  1. 1

    Tell us the trip

Give us your departure and destination, dates, number of passengers, bags and any pets. Golf clubs, skis and large cases matter, because baggage volume can rule out a smaller cabin.

  2. 2

    Get your all-inclusive quote

We match aircraft to runway length, range and seating, then quote one or two options with every fee listed. If an empty leg fits your route, we tell you.

  3. 3

    Confirm and get the details

Once you approve, we send the FBO name, address and departure time. Arrive about 15 to 20 minutes before wheels-up; there is no terminal security line.

  4. 4

    Fly, with a backup plan

If a mechanical problem grounds the aircraft, we source a replacement, and mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost.

What Changes the Cost of a Charter

Hours in the air make up most of a charter price, and the size of the aircraft sets what each hour costs. The remainder depends on where the aircraft is based, where it sits waiting and what each airport charges. These are the items that shift your quote.

Every trip gets its own quote by phone once we have your route, dates, passenger count and bags. Each charge is listed, and the total only moves if your itinerary does.

Size of aircraft
A turboprop uses much less fuel each hour than a heavy jet and flies with a smaller crew. Picking the smallest cabin that holds your group and bags does more to lower the price than anything else.
How far the aircraft has to come
When the closest suitable aircraft sits in another city, the flight over to you is part of the trip. We search for aircraft already near your departure airport so that leg stays short.
Waiting and overnight stays
If the aircraft stays for your return, crew hotel costs and daily minimums kick in. On long days, federal limits on crew duty can also force an overnight.
Fees at each airport and FBO
Landing, ramp and handling charges differ from one airport and FBO to the next. A busy hub usually charges more than a general aviation field close by.
Time of year and weather
Winter in Indiana brings de-icing fluid charges, and holiday weeks leave fewer aircraft open. Booking ahead for those stretches gives you more to choose from.
Empty leg schedules
An empty leg costs less since the aircraft is already making that flight, but the operator's schedule decides when it leaves, not you.

Common Charter Questions

How far ahead should I book?
A few days of lead time opens up the widest choice of aircraft. Shorter notice can often work too, since we find on-demand flights around the clock, 24/7. Holiday and major event weekends fill first, so book those earlier.
What is included in an all-inclusive quote?
The aircraft, crew, fuel, landing and FBO fees, federal excise tax, plus any crew overnight or waiting charges your schedule requires. If de-icing is likely, we mention it up front. After you approve, the price only changes if you change the trip.
Do one-way flights get billed as round trips?
No. We price point to point, so round trip pricing never comes into it. If the aircraft must reposition, that cost shows as its own line on the quote so you can see it.
What happens if the aircraft has a mechanical problem?
We arrange a different aircraft. Mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost, so you are not stuck paying twice when a jet is grounded.
Can I bring my dog or cat?
Yes, pets are allowed. Tell us how many and what size when you call, because some operators have limits and a larger animal may need more cabin space.
Can I get WiFi on board?
Yes, we can book WiFi equipped aircraft. Speed varies with the system on board and the route, so if you need to work or take video calls in flight, say so and we will choose an aircraft to match.
What is an empty leg, and is it cheaper?
An empty leg is a one-way flight an aircraft makes to reposition after dropping off other passengers. It often costs well below a standard charter. The trade-off is a fixed route and time, and the leg can be dropped if the original trip changes.
